The Real Estate programme was launched in 2021 with the support of Goldman Sachs, Eastdil Secured, and Tristan Capital, aiming to create a pipeline of new diverse talent for this traditionally hard-to-reach industry. Since its inception, the programme has supported 800 undergraduate students, providing them with invaluable access and exposure to the commercial real estate sector. Notably, 96% of participants report having a clearer understanding of how to pursue a career in commercial real estate after enrolling in the programme.

AUTUMN TERM (SEP): REAL ESTATE ACCELERATOR+ (3rd YEAR STUDENTS/RECENT GRADS)
To help our top performing students land subsequent internships, off-cycle and graduate roles by getting them interview ready. The programme teaches advanced soft skills and technical skills for acing real estate interviews, with a particular focus on areas which our partner firms have told us our students need the most support to excel at interview.
