Being part of HerCapital in my first year of university really exposed me to the different industries in which I can work in, especially within the world of finance, somewhere that I personally am really interested in.

Investment banking, for example, is a career I never really heard much about before HerCapital, but HerCapital introduced me to it, and allowed me to meet with professionals, to find out about their experiences, and their journey into banking. So this really helped me in terms of my professional development, as I'm now working in investment banking.

Also, HerCapital allowed me to be a part of a community of women, who I found really inspiring, and who I was able to learn from. This also encouraged me a lot, in terms of my personal development and professional as well, and I've been able to make life-long friends from there, so I really appreciate the opportunity that I had through the HerCapital programme.
