HERCAPITAL PROGRAMME:
FUTURE WOMEN LEADERS
HerCapital is a 6-month holistic leadership programme aimed at 40 first year university students who have not yet secured a spring week and are driven, intellectually curious and eager to develop professionally and personally.
The programme aims to guide the participants on a journey of self-development and equip them with necessary skills to thrive in any leadership capacity.

Training includes a comprehensive package of online workshops and development activities, mentoring and in-person days:

Actively fundraise for a charity of your choice as a group activity

Discussion sessions around starting your career as a young woman

Our opportunities are for students willing to engage actively and professionally, adhere to the SEO London code of conduct and give back to others in the future.

Being able to visit the Bloomberg office was so exciting, and it made me feel enthusiastic about the future.
Attending these events in London has also been a really good experience - I've had to step out of my comfort zone, and genuinely feel that I have gained so much confidence in myself. By participating in these insight days and having a mentor I have been able to build my confidence in my own skillset, and has played a significant role in me securing a place at Lazard in summer - something that I believed I would not be able to achieve before HerCapital.
