SEO London recognises that modern slavery may exist to varying extents in most countries and industries. Our core business is providing employability support to people from under-represented groups. The roles within our organisation, as well as those of our associates and sponsor firms, are largely professional or technical, making the risk of modern slavery or human trafficking low.

We conduct due diligence on our suppliers to ensure they too guard against modern slavery. We also set high standards for our own employment practices, ensuring they are fair and ethical. We pay at least the London Living Wage and are a London Living Wage accredited organisation. Our policies include a fair and equitable TOIL (Time Off In Lieu) policy and a range of enhanced benefits.

In accordance with our zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking, SEO London will immediately investigate any reports or allegations of wrongdoing and take urgent remedial action as appropriate. We also have a Whistleblowing Policy and a Grievance Policy, which ensure that employees and stakeholders can raise concerns, including those related to modern slavery and human trafficking. These policies outline the steps taken to investigate and resolve issues and the support available to those affected.
