Beyond Barriers is a graduate-focused programme that provides six months of support to graduates who have yet to secure full-time gainful employment and who are underrepresented in the industries that SEO London works across. Participants will get access to an employability bootcamp and online resources during the first two weeks of the programme. Most crucially, each participant will be given a mentor and have the option to access one-to-one support from the SEO London team to help them get into work.
The programme is designed to give candidates personalised support to boost their confidence, improve their key employability skills and to provide them with one-to-one assistance as they work towards securing a job role post-graduation.
We work with cohorts twice a year, with the first starting in January and the second starting in July. Applications are currently open to join our January cohort.
The programme is sponsored by Barclays Citizenship.
